If you have been active in CrossFit for a while now and looking to increase your flexibility or improve mindfullness, this might be for you. It is a relaxed class great for new yogis.

 

Class Times

Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00–7:00 p.m.
This group is is offered at no additional cost to unlimited members, or as one class to punch style memberships.
