If you have been active in CrossFit for a while now and are looking to increase your flexibility or improve mindfulness, this might be for you. It is a relaxed class great for new yogis.

Class Times

Yoga is on Tuesdays at 7:05pm. This class is offered at no additional cost to unlimited members, or as one class to punch-style memberships.
