Yoga

If you have been active in CrossFit for a while now and looking to increase your flexibility or improve mindfullness, this might be for you. It is a relaxed class great for new yogis.

 

Class Times

Yoga is on Mondays at 7pm and Thursdays at 11am. This group is is offered at no additional cost to unlimited members, or as one class to punch style memberships.
