Strongman Club is a class where we train traditional strongman events and techniques. This class is appropriate for all levels of athlete. We can not emphasize that enough. It is super fun and incredibly functional. You do not need to be an Icelandic giant to enjoy strongman!  Come learn to lift Atlas Stones, Yoke Walk, Farmer Carry, Flip Tires, Press a Log, Axle Deadlifts, Move Odd Objects quickly and safely!
