We know that many of you are choosing to shelter in place in your homes during this time to protect vulnerable family and friends. We’ve rolled out a regular class schedule of coach-led workouts as well as a 24-hour “open gym” option. With this “open gym” video call, you can coordinate a time with your swole mates and work out together on Zoom!

We applaud your effort to make fitness a priority during this unprecedented time. We recognize that for many, physical exercise is absolutely crucial to managing anxiety and depression.
