Open Gym

Do you want to do your own thing? Do you have a crazy schedule so our class times don’t always work for you? We offer open gym all of the hours that we’re open! We have a dedicated room just for non-class working out options. In open gym, you can do your own strength training program, make up a workout you missed, or focus on active recovery like cardio or stretching. Open gym hours are as follows:

Monday-Thursday 5am-9pm
Friday 5am-8pm
Saturday 7am-3pm
Sunday 8am-2:30pm
