Fuel Nutrition Coaching
The Fuel Nutrition is a very in depth program that takes into account many different factors. Getting someone to be successful for the long term is not quite as simple as calories in versus calories out. We take into account age, daily activity level, exercise level, food preferences, emotional triggers, motivating factors, learning style, realistic short and long term goals, as well as a whole host of other biomarkers. After all this we teach you sustainable systems on how to implement positive changes and improve your health for good.
Fuel Nutrition is very flexible in it’s execution but it’s foundation is the same. It can be all about numbers or not at all. The approach one takes is highly dependent on how you best learn, and will be most successful. The bottom line is we find out what works for you!

After several years of steady weight gain and numerous failed efforts to bring it under control, I am finally succeeding thanks to Brandon and the Fuel Nutrition program. For the first time ever, I’m losing weight without feeling like I’m deprived or starving. Counting macros makes it easier for me to make healthy choices but doesn’t leave anything completely off-limits. I love that I get more carbs on days I work out – it’s a great incentive to get to the gym! In three months, I’ve lost close to 20 pounds while still getting stronger and hitting PRs. Even my doctor is impressed. Her exact words to me were, “Whatever you’re doing, keep it up. Don’t change a thing.” I’m so grateful to have found something I can stick with for the long haul!
I started Fuel Nutrition Coaching 8 weeks post baby. My Crossfit workouts were consistent but my nutrition habits needed help. My goal was not only to lose the baby weight but to also develop good eating habits that I could sustain once I reached my goal. Through this program I have learned about appropriate portion sizes, counting macros not just calories and that fats and carbs aren’t evil. I also realized I was not eating near enough protein. The weekly check-ins are great for staying accountable and the Facebook group has been a valuable support tool. The Meal Templates are a total game changer for my progress. They make it so easy for me to meal plan and therefore I am less likely to get off track. 6 months later, baby weight + 14 extra pounds are gone. I feel strong, lean and in my best shape!
Folks I had to share this. I started this stuff almost a year ago at around 235. At first it was about losing weight. Then it became about making a certain weight class and changing body composition and being happy. Today I hit the biggest milestone. I weighed in at 189.4#. I’m down 45#. My body composition has changed. My strength has gone up. I’m happy. I’m healthy. And it’s because I have busted my butt to get here. I’ve slipped and had cheats and been in school and had inconsistent training and plateaus in weight and performance. And I kept going. Brandon and this group are a huge reason for my success and I wanted to share it with everyone. Keep going. Stay the course. It’s worth it.
My biggest gain from this program was experiencing the “a hah” moment after increasing the quantity of food and right combination of food before working out and feeling stronger because of it. I was always reluctant to eat too much before working out, but since changing my food intake, I feel a drastic difference in my energy level and strength mid-workout.
