Mobility class is designed to teach you how to improve/maintain your movement patterns, range of motion, stability, and take care of your body. This class is will not just take you through a series of movements to help you recover from your workouts but will also give you the tools to do basic daily maintenance on your joints and soft tissue. Class starts with a full warm up before diving in so be prepared to sweat a little.

Class Times

Wednesday: 6:00–7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00–11:00 a.m.
This group is is offered at no additional cost to unlimited memberships or as one class to punch style memberships.
