Kids age 6-12
In this class, we teach essential movement skills that will leave your child feeling agile and competent. We’ll guide them through a variety of exercises, sometimes using equipment like lightweight pipe and medicine balls. Along the way, they’ll develop muscle memory that will serve them for years to come. Our enthusiastic coach makes all this feel like play, not like gym class. Consider this a supervised, focused recess.

Kids at this age have energy to burn – and we’ll help them burn it! We play games, set up obstacle courses and have a blast running around. Along the way, your child is practicing functional movement and developing social skills, like working as a team.
