Come join a fun bunch of kids learning athletic skills and getting energized under the supervision of a trained and certified coach. Your child will develop both physical and mental skills – like how to challenge themselves safely – and walk away with a sense of accomplishment. Classes are broken down by age group.
Classes are taught at each age group’s developmental ability level for games, skill work, and workouts. We teach essential movement skills that will leave your child feeling agile and competent. We’ll guide them through a variety of exercises, sometimes using equipment like lightweight pipe and medicine balls. Along the way, they’ll develop muscle memory that will serve them for years to come. Our enthusiastic coach makes all this feel like play, not like gym class. Consider this a supervised, focused recess. Along the way, your child is practicing functional movement and developing social skills, like working as a team.
