Looking to get your sweat on? Need some help starting a new workout habit? Bored with your gym routine? Not sure you are ready to try CrossFit but need something a little different? Our high intensity circuit-style provide a full hour of moving with a variety of movements. Loft HIIT classes are for anyone who wants a great workout in a safe, fun, group environment with built in accountability. You just show up – our coaches provide the motivation!
