West Seattle CrossFit Classes
We offer small group CrossFit classes for all ages. Check out our weekly schedule, wod blog, and class offerings to get a feel for what we do. If you’re new to CrossFit, we will start you with an intro and our beginner series. Experienced CrossFitters are welcome to jump right into any of our all-level classes. CrossFit Class Times
We offer coach-led classes as early as 5am and as late as 8pm to fit your variable schedule.
Enrollment is easy. Membership is billed on a monthly basis. We do not require contracts and you can start anytime.

All memberships are subject to sales tax.
20% off consecutive (lesser valued) household membership. We can cancel, upgrade or put a membership on hold with 48 hours notice. Holds are offered for 7+ day increments. Indefinite holds over 30 days are subject to possible membership cancellation.
