We structure our CrossFit classes based on ability levels to cater to all ranges of experience.

Class Times

We offer small group CrossFit classes for adults and kids, personal training and sport-specific training.

The first step is scheduling a session with us – either group orientation, our beginner “Loft Lite” series, or, if you’re an experienced CrossFitter, a brief introduction to how we do things at Loft.

If you are an experienced CrossFitter or you have completed Loft Lite, you’re ready for our all levels classes!

Enrollment is easy. Membership is billed on a monthly basis. We do not require contracts and you can start anytime.

unlimited access to any class offering (CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Open Gym, Mobility, Yoga, Strongman)

Basic Membership
nine classes a month of your choice

discounted rate for active/reserve Military, active commissioned Law Enforcement, and active duty Firefighters

Punch Card
10 punches can be used for any of our class offerings

Olympic Lifting
unlimited Olympic Lifting classes and access to all Open Gym times

CF Teens
unlimited access to teen class offerings

CF Kids
unlimited access to kids class offerings

All memberships are subject to sales tax.

We can cancel, upgrade or put a membership on hold with 48 hours notice. Holds are offered for 7+ day increments. Indefinite holds over 30 days are subject to possible membership cancellation.
