Olympic Lifting

Do you want to improve your olympic lifts?

We offer olympic lifting specific training times with coach Lincoln Brigham. These 90 minutes classes are appropriate for beginner to advanced athletes. Additionally, any of our open gym times are perfect for extra coaching by our other staff or sport specific training.

Monday: 3:00-4:30pm
Wednesday 7:30-9:00pm
Sunday 11:00-12:30pm
All Open Gym times!

This is included at no additional charge to unlimited members, or will count as one class for punch members. Additionally we offer a separate Olympic Lifting Membership for those who are interested in solely Olympic Lifting classes and Open Gym times.
