Olympic Lifting

Do you want to improve your Olympic lifts? Is your entire knowledge of Olympic weightlifting that it involves large men in tight outfits?

We offer specific classes to work with USA Weightlifting-certified coach Lincoln Brigham on the snatch, clean & jerk, and their accessory movements. These 90 minutes classes are appropriate for beginner to advanced athletes. Additionally, any of our open gym times are perfect for extra coaching by our other staff or sport specific training.

Class Times

Wednesday 7:30-9:00pm
Saturday 1:30-3:00pm
Sunday 11:30-1:00pm

This class is included at no additional charge to unlimited members, or will count as one class for punch members.
