We offer small group CrossFit classes for adults and kids, olympic lifting, mobility, yoga, personal training and sport-specific training.
The first step is scheduling a session with us – either a free orientation or, if you’re an experienced CrossFitter, a brief introduction to how we do things at Loft.
Here’s how it works:
NEVER DONE CROSSFIT BEFORE?
Start with our FREE Introductory Class. These are scheduled at your convenience. We’ll give a brief intro to CrossFit and tell you what our gym is all about. Then, we’ll go through a quick baseline workout and answer any questions. It’s a chance to check out what we do, no strings attached.
READY TO LEARN MORE?
Start attending Loft Lite Beginner classes. You can start anytime. In these classes we’ll teach you all the movement fundamentals, ease your body and mind into CrossFit, and help you assimilate into our regular classes, no matter where you are on the fitness spectrum. There are over 65 Loft Lite class times a month offered. You’ll just need to attend 6 to “graduate” into regular classes. If the schedule doesn’t work for you, we also offer personal training.
People who are new to CrossFit are required to complete the Loft Lite series before jumping into regular classes. We want you to start off right!
It’s also great for people who have a little bit of experience but want to brush up on the movements.

Enrollment is easy. Membership is billed on a monthly basis. Just choose which membership plan will best fit your goals.
