To schedule a FREE Introductory CrossFit Class, please contact us.
Introductory classes are scheduled at your convenience. We’ll give a brief intro to CrossFit and tell you what our gym is all about. Then, we’ll go through a quick baseline workout and answer any questions. It’s a chance to check out what we do, no strings attached. Please include in the comments a few times that work for you to meet for your free class and we will reply ASAP!
